Points Rummy

Points Rummy is the fastest form of Rummy - each game lasts for one deal only. After each game, the winner gets the chips from the other players depending on the count and point value. Not only do these games require a high level of skill but also generate tremendous excitement. Players can play and win a high number of games in a short span of time.


The number of players can be 2 or 6. The point value can be low, medium or high. HybridRummy offers a range of point values from 0.05 to 40 for Points Rummy. If the point value = 0.1, then 1 point = 0.1 Play/Cash.


At the end of each game, Number of Chips added to Winner = [Sum of Counts of other players X point value] - HybridRummy Commission.

  • Auto - Play Functionality : When a player gets disconnected, the game gets into Auto - Play mode. In case someone shows during auto-play only Middle Drop will be taken as your lost chips and not full count.

  • Auto Drop : If the hand dealt to you is not good and you want to drop, you can select the Auto Drop button. If selected, your hand will be automatically dropped when your turn comes.

  • Drop and Go : If you have dropped your hand in the current game, you now don't have to wait for the next game to start. If Drop and Go is selected, we will take you to another table that is about to begin, with the same entry. This way you can make best use of your time with us.

  • Last game : Use this in case you do not wish to be dealt the next game, it will be helpful especially if you have won good and want to leave the table.

  • Leave Table: Use this in case you decide to not play after the game result of the current game.

  • Re-entry : You will get this option to re-entry case you have exhausted your chips. You can do this by using the Re-entry Button during game play or after game result (which will be auto populated for you).

  • Dealer Icon : The dealer icon ensures that the player to the right of the dealer always gets the open card and does not miss out on the opportunity to get an open card if a new game starts.

  • Half Count: In case of Deal Show, count for players who have not played yet will be Half Count.

Rules

  • There is a Minimum entry amount that each player has to take to the table
  • Drop = 10 X Point Value; Middle Drop = 30 X Point Value
  • E.g., If Point Value = 1, Drop = 10; Middle Drop = 30
  • If Point Value = 2, Drop = 20; Middle Drop = 60
  • Jokers: 2 Wild Card Jokers and Cut Jokers in all rounds
  • Winning Hand for Points Rummy with Jokers
  • One Straight Sequence without a Joker is Compulsory
  • One Straight Sequence with/without a Joker is Compulsory
  • Every game will have a Dealer; a button with 'D' will be displayed for the player for each game
  • In case of Deal Show, count for players who have not played yet will be Half of the count of cards in hand that do not make valid sets
  • Each Game lasts for 1 deal only
  • If you Leave during a game, Penalty = Full Count X Point Value will be deducted
  • If you get disconnected, Auto Play will be available for 3 rounds, then the game will be middle dropped During this time, if another player makes a successful show, the disconnected player will get 30 points
  • If you select Do not deal next game checkbox, you will leave the table once the game ends
  • Balance is updated after every game end

Pool Games

A very popular format of rummy, also known as "Syndicate", where the least scoring player wins. Pool rummy games are played among 2-6 players and the objective for a player is to keep the score as low as possible for each game. If the total score reaches or goes above 101/201, the player is eliminated and the last player remaining wins the game.


101 Pool

In 101 pool rummy, if the score of anyone player reaches 101, then that player will get eliminated. The player, who will get to manage the score below 101 points until the end, wins the game.


201 Pool

In 101 pool rummy, if the score of anyone player reaches 201, then that player will get eliminated. The player, who manages to keep the score below 201 points until the end, wins the game.


Deal Rummy

Deal Rummy is a rummy variation that is played with a fixed number of deals.


1. Best of 2


'Best of 2' game finishes in 2 deals. The player who scores the least points over 2 deals is proclaimed the champ.


2. Best of 3


'Best of 3' game finishes in 3 deals. The player who scores the least points over 3 deals is announced as the victor.


3. Best of 6


'Best of 6' game closures in 6 deals. The player who scores the least points over 6 deals is proclaimed the victor.


21 Cards Rummy

Along with 13 cards rummy, 21 cards Rummy is also one of the most popular rummy card games in India. 21 cards rummy game is also known as the Indian marriage & played during major festivals. It is most exciting & played for a longer duration than classic rummy. 21 card rummy is a bit similar to 13 cards rummy, the difference is, in 13 decks are used here instead of 2 decks. Each player is given 21 cards and they should construct 3 decks and group the cards into pure sequences and valid sets.


13 Cards Rummy

13 cards rummy is the most played rummy game in India, famously known as Indian Rummy. It's an offshoot of the Gin Rummy variation. Every player is given 13 cards, they must group cards into sequences and sets by picking and discarding them. While playing 13 cards rummy Joker card can be used as a substitute for other cards. To declare a winner, the player should create 3 or more pure or impure sequences.


10 Cards Rummy

10 card rummy game is played with 1 or 2 standard decks of 52 cards which includes joker cards. 10 card rummy game is played between 2 to 6 players. In this type of rummy game, ten cards are distributed to every player on the table, and the remaining cards are placed on the table facing down to make a closed deck. A single card is taken from the top, then placed face up to make an open deck. The objective of the 10 cards rummy game is to make sets and sequences with the cards managed by the player.
